This Anti Chafe Stick is a Life Saver

With bigger thighs, I’ve always struggled with not being able to wear shorts when walking long distances because my thighs would rub together and I’d end up bleeding and hurting. But I’ve found the fix!!!

This summer before traveling to Greece, I knew i needed a solution. I wasn’t going to let chaffing stop me from making a fashion statement abroad. So - I did my research and found First Aid Beauty’s Anti Chafe stick. I was skeptical at first but I decided to try it out.

You simply swipe a few times on your inner thighs like deodorant, rub it in, and BAM! You’re thighs will love you. We walked around 20,000 steps a day and my thighs did not chafe at all. The package says it’s good for around 10,000 steps and I think it’s pretty accurate - I kept the stick in my purse and only had to reapply once.

Now I don’t have to pick between fashion and the comfort of my thighs!
