Apple Cider Donut Cake Recipe🍎

I showed you my apple cider, now let’s make an apple cider cake!😋

YOU NEED:

15 oz box yellow cake mix

1 c apple cider

1/2 c apple sauce

3 eggs

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbs brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

*cinnamon sugar: 1/4 c sugar + 2 Tbs cinnamon

3 Tbs butter, melted

RECIPE: preheat oven to 350.

1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, apple cider, apple sauce, eggs, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla.

2. Pour mix into a greased & floured bundt pan.

3. Bake for 40 minutes. Test it with a toothpick by sticking into the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean it is ready.

4. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

5. Once the cake has cooled, brush the cake with melted butter. Rub cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
