Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Recipe

Simple dessert I threw together this afternoon.😋🍓

YOU NEED:

Strawberry cake mix

1/2 c oil

2 eggs

8 oz cream cheese, room temp

2 c powder sugar

Splash of vanilla

RECIPE:

1. Mix together cake mix, oil and eggs. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2. Roll dough into 2 Tbs balls. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until edges are browned.

3. Move cookies to a rack to cool. While cooling, blend together your cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla.

4. Top cookies with “cheesecake” topping.
