How I spend my free time ✨

For the last few months I’ve been an outdoor enthusiast. Anytime I have a little free time I run to the park or this lake across the street from where I live🤭 I feel so recharged and peaceful when I leave here. I love love outdoors so much. If you are experiencing depression, heart ache, grief.. i advise you to just go sit outside instead than staying in the house all day spend an hour or 2 outdoors find a nice park or lake and bring a blanket or towel and listen to music, write , paint, color , read , cry WHATEVER your heart desires in that moment.
