My Nightshift Routine

I’m a new nightshift nurse so I’m figuring out my routine and I think I finally got it! Working out in the morning definitely helps me get my energy out and helps me sleep throughout the day before I go to work. And I’m able to squeeze a workout in! What’s your nightshift routine?
