Beyond the Dough Pizzeria

Again, thanks to my VVIP friend, I get to try this highly raved new pizza spot in Arab St.

This pizzeria is helmed by Chef Eddie Murakami, who perfected his pizza-making techniques at two Michelin-approved restaurants in Japan, Pizza Strada and Pizza Studio Tamaki.

His pizza features a thinner crust with perfect charred doughy chew (just the way I like it) and topped with flavourful high quality ingredients.

My favourite is the Singapore Rampage (inspired by our local prawn noodles), the robust prawn flavours really comes through firmly. I enjoyed their kawaii mini beef lasagna too.

Will definitely be back. Reservation is a must and I heard they are fully booked for the next 2 months.
