✈️ cathay pacific

i bought the tickets on trip.com and the flight tickets included everything - flight meal, 23kg baggage

🏨 intercontinental hk

i stayed at intercontinental hk InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, an IHG Hotel which is about 7mins walk from east tsim sha tsui mtr.

tbh, the location is not the best because you would be walking back and forth everyday when you visit the different places in hong kong. but… if you are someone who like views, then this hotel is for you 🫵🏻

🚌 octopus card

just like sg’s ezlink card.

i bought mine on klook for ard $17 but halfway through the trip, i lost the card and had to buy another one 😭 and if you are going to lantau island, prepare more money inside because it costed 33.9HKD for one-way so if you are travelling back it would be 67.8HKD. i had to use cash when travelling back cus my octopus card didn’t had enough money.

🍜 food

if you are a foodie, then i think you would spend more money on food because most of the food are priced just like sg or if not more expensive.

🛍️ shopping

tbh, most of the shops/ things sold can be found in sg so don’t need waste your luggage space haha. BUT if you are someone who’s into skincare, haircare & fragrances, do check out this store [LUNG FUNG MALL]

🎢 activities

i went to hk mostly because i wanted to go disneyland there. i bought their fast pass (IT’S EX🥲) but ended up not using it because mostly everything was 5 - 10 minutes wait (not sure if this is good or bad) i guess we were just lucky that there’s no one 🤣

if you want to save money, hk actually has a lot of sightseeing that is ✨FREE✨
