Focus settings to help me prioritize my life!

Let’s face it! These days life gets so chaotic and busy that a lot of times we fail to set aside time for ourselves and our loved ones. I’m extremely terrible about it tbh. So I made my own personal focus settings to help me prioritize the things that are important to me, like self care, quality time with my kids/partner/loved ones, and night time routines to help me fall asleep easier without digital distractions as well as make the next day flow much more smoothly. Even this little bit of organization has definitely helped me with prioritizing the things that are most important to me and have helped add some order to my daily life with the pre-scheduled focuses. I’m thinking of adding a workout focus as well to help me stay on track more. What do y’all think?
