Steak Nachos | Easy Meal | Sheet pan dinner 🍽️

Save this easy dinner for a day you don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen cooking or having clean to clean up!

I had some extra uncooked bottom round steak I had leftover from last night, chopped it into small chunks, drizzled some avocado oil on it and seasoned it with taco seasoning, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and chili powder. Cooked it in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. While that was cooking I prepped the rest of the toppings which took maybe 5 minutes. I did heat up the refried black beans in a pan on the stove top foe a few mins before putting them on top of the chips on the sheet pan, they are easier to spread when warmed up. Here’s how I layered it. Chips, beans, shredded cheese, onion, meat, jalapeño, peppers, and nacho cheese last to keep it from making the chips soggy. After I baked it in the oven at 375 for 7 mins I removed it and topped it with cilantro and diced tomato. I also put out sour cream and hot sauce for additional optional toppings.
