10K steps/day - An off day doesn’t mean I’m done

Obviously, I didn’t meet my goal today. I’m so sad I really did try. I took a long walk at work and got on my little stepper too. But today was just 🤮ughhh I couldn’t sleep at all last night went to sleep late and was up from 12-5am to get up at 7 for work, IRS made errors on some old taxes of mine so I had to correct them cuz no you can’t have my money, then my baby sister was in the ER all day and is staying the night. It was a draining day. Sorry this is just for me, this is actually my diary now. #lemon8diarychallenge
