there is so much to worry about these days. so much to keep us in our heads instead of at the feet of the one who can ease us of that worry.

over and over again i learn the lesson that i can only do so much on my own. me worrying is a sign that i need to put these things in the hands of Jesus, not just because he can help, but because he invites me (us) to.

worrying cant add a single thing to my life except sleepless nights and wrinkles 😭 and lately thats all i've been getting.

thank you God that i'm not god.

thank you God that you figured it all out way before i even worried.

thank you God that when i only have tears you still hear me.

thank you God that peace and joy are mine 🪽
