Let's talk teeth 🦷✨

Ever since starting my Invisalign journey march of 2022 i've had to be very on top of my oral hygiene (we should be doing that anyway)

here's my current routine 👇🏾

•Brush every morning and night•

my two favorite toothpastes to use are the Hello and Synsodyne brands. I recently started to add baking soda to help with teeth whitening!

Other Benefits of Brushing with Baking Soda:

•prevents tooth decay

•limit plaque build up

•remineralize enamel

(use twice a week)

Mouth Wash

• Flossing •

flossing is so important and i'd never take this seriously as a kid and even now i still slack, but i recently had some cavities filled and i'm not trying to go through that again (or have my wallet go through it lol).

I like to floss ideally every night but it's usually every 2-3 days

To keep your toothbrush clean and protected from bathroom odors, i use Steripods and keep my toothbrush in a drawer. Change it every 3 months!

I have to change Invisalign trays every week, and i want to get the best results from my treatments 😬

I've also been hearing a lot about oil pulling so i'm planning to try that out soon!
