Why didn’t we put lanai on it?

You can either be excited or feel blah about your patio. Truth is, we have never had a leveled patio before or we had never lived in a warm place like Florida where you can enjoy the outdoor weather most of the year.

From previous posts you know that we wanted to stick to a budget(and we did, yay!), so we could either select the lanai upgrade with the builder and say bye to ALL our current upgrades or just not do a lanai with the builder.

It was not a hard choice for us, we decided on adding the lanai later. But why?

First of all the lanai offered to us was 16 x 10, which beeing honest it is not a lot of space. Second, we like the idea of having the flexibility to transform our Patio into an oasis. So last month we started getting quotes for our patio transformation.
