The Bathroom is one of the best places to practice daily Magick. Your daily practices ARE magick, everything you do in the bathroom while getting ready for any event is a ritual...SO MAKE IT MAGICK! This could include daily affirmations, journaling, or prayer. Better yet, wash and brush with a purpose. Send love into yourself!

* With soap draw a sigil onto the shower wall.

* Use visualization to help wash away negativity (shower), harmful talk (brushing teeth) and even negative thoughts (washing hair).
