Don’t forget to take some time to chillax 💫

Sometimes, we can get so tensed & stressed, all we need is some self-TLC. How I relax & unwind depends on how much stressed/overwhelmed I get.

For instance, a simple bump along the road at work can get cured easily with an ice cream fix. Or a long week + chores and all sorts would make me feel at ease by just a quick workout at my favourite boxing studio or a jog in the park.

But something I practice daily to make my day feel complete and end on a good note is by masking up or just layering skincare goodness to ensure I look my best every single day!

Not forgetting… to squeeze in some time to play my games on the Switch or PS5 cos it gives me some form of escapism (but not too much otherwise I get stressed again in case I lose HAHAH).
