my shark flex style girlies where you @?

does anyone else’s shark flex style do this to their hair when you try to use the air wrap function?

and have you been able to fix it? or am i doing something completely wrong. i don’t even like using the curling function on my shark because I always have these weird strands that look crimped!!

any help or advice would be appreciated :)
