This is honestly my go to breakfast, snack or even dessert because it’s packed with protein, keeps me full & also satisfies that sweet tooth. Did I mention it’s super easy?!

01. GREEK YOGURT

I love to use Face plain greek yogurt but feel free to use your favorite!

02. HONEY

I like to add a little local honey to naturally sweeten the yogurt. Plus honey has so many health benefits & plus local honey is said to help with season allergies. Yes please!

03. GRANOLA

This is probably my favorite part. I add in my homemade granola that gives it that perfect crunch and also provides some fiber from the organic oats. Let me know if you want me to do a post on the recipe!

04. ORGANIC BERRIES

Lately I have been loving organic black berries & organic raspberries but feel free to add your favorite fruit!

05. NUT BUTTER

I have been reaching for almond butter but use your favorite!
