This recipe is the easiest on the go breakfast! I make these every night before bed and grab them on my way to work in the morning, or you can prep multiple at a time for a full week of breakfasts! & the pumpkin flavor just makes them that much better this time of year.
Recipe:
1 cup oats
1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add oats, milk, protein, peanut butter, honey and chia seeds. Stir until mixed together.
Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin purée, maple syrup and spice to a separate bowl. Stir until mixed together.
In a jar, layer your oats, then yogurt until you’ve used all of your mixes.
Place in your refrigerator for 4+ hours or overnight for best results. I’ve found that I can’t eat all of this in one serving, so separate into two containers for two breakfasts!
