Hey loves! It’s y’all favorite rich auntie and I just had to share with you all what I ate in one week and how I lost 9lbs! Now, let me start off by saying I am not a medical provider or expert, but I do know what works for me and I wanted to share with others who may be struggling to find a healthy eating routine or healthy meal ideas.

First things first, I like to get creative with my meals. I don’t like to stick to the same old boring salads. I also make sure to incorporate a variety of fruits and veggies into my diet, because let’s be real, nobody wants to eat the same thing every day.

Another thing that helped me shed those extra pounds was cutting out sugary drinks and snacks. I swapped out soda for water and snacked on fresh fruit instead of candy.

Overall, my one week meal plan consisted of lots of veggies, lean protein like grilled chicken, ground turkey, and fish, and complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes. And let me tell you, it was delicious! I never felt like I was depriving myself of anything.
