Ingredient 1 & Portion: Pineapple (carve it) save inside of pineapple for a smoothie or juice!!! Mhmmπ White Rice (Day old or buy a quart from the Asian restaurant) Protein: Shrimp, Steak or Chicken, Teryaki sauce (vinegar, part water& sugar, red pepper flakes, ketchup, bbq, mustard, French dressing& corn starch)
Detailed Steps: SautΓ©ed protein in olive oil and salt free seasoning (Ms. Dash) set aside. SautΓ©ed vegetables until translucent then set aside and add egg and scramble then throw rice and vegetables together along with soy sauce and salt free seasoning cause soy sauce is salty!!!!!
Additional tips/notes: I brought white rice from the Chinese restaurant to cook my fried rice! Only $3/ qt
