I only have two months until my birthday, so it's time to lock innnnn! This weighted

vest is perfect to help lose fat and build and tone your muscles. You can wear it while you're doing cardio or lifting weights, or daily activities

It also helps to increase calories burned, increase strength and muscle activation, and improve cardiovascular endurance (because we want strong muscles and a strong heart)! I have the 16lb vest but l'd highly recommend starting lighter like 8 or 12lbs.
