Quick low calorie breakfast idea

I said it in one of my other posts, but my birthday is in two months so ya girl is really getting in that mode. This week I meal prepped my breakfast and my lunch and this week I did a loaded breakfast bowl.

Just cooked the diced potatoes in the airfryer for 8 mins, and cooked the turkey sausage and egg whites and spinach together in a pan. Now you can of course top it with whatever you want to, but I love salsa so I used a little red and verde.
