Grocery shopping tips for weight loss- labels

Now let me start by saying I’m not one of those people who break the entire label and ingredient list down. But I do look out for certain things when I’m grocery shopping. The more you learn and pay attention to what you’re eating, the better you’ll look and feel.

A few of the main things I’m mindful of is total calories, sugar and sodium levels, and total fat. We want to limit the amount of processed food we intake and replace it with more whole food options. But if I’m being honest sometimes we have to shop for convenience and what we can afford. So with that being said, just take the time to look at the label of what you’re about to buy and see if there’s a better option near by.
