Yes you can eat fast food and still lose weight, it’s not the end of the world lol. It’s all about the food choices you make, grilled vs fried or other low calorie menu options.

You don’t have to have a shelf full of supplements to be a gym girl. Supps can get expensive so I always what will benefit your goals the most. I’d always recommend a preworkout (non stim or caffeine) as a great starter supplement. If your goals are to build muscle then maybe try creatine or a protein powder.

You don’t have to step foot in a gym and you’ll still be able to reach your goals. I have plenty of clients who workout right from the comfort of their home. Pick a good workout spot in your home , go to five below or Amazon and get your basic necessities like dumbbells or kettlebells, resistance bands and they always have these little treadmills on sale.
