I’m a mom of 3 small kiddos and I’ve naturally lost over 130lbs and maintained it over the last 2 years and here’s my tips on how I did it 👇🏽

1. I’ve said this before but training your back muscles plays a big part in the illusion of a smaller waist. I personally train back 2x a week right now to also help get rid of those stubborn rolls.

2. Prioritize your gut health!! Listen to your stomach and pay attention to your body after you eat certain foods. A lot of diary and processed foods irritate your gut causing crazy bloating (maybe even constipation). Do your research and start taking the necessary prebiotics/probiotics and greens to help heal your gut and stay regulated.

3. Prioritize strength training but be sure to get that cardio in as well. An overall more active lifestyle can also help burn more stubborn belly fat.

4. Focus on more whole and nutrient dense foods rather than processed and fatty foods. A flat stomach is truly made in the kitchen, because nutrition plays a huge 80% roll losing your stomach.
