Notion Tip of The Day: Traveling Countdown ✈️⏳

If you want to take your Notion Travel Planning game to the next level, I have a great tip for you!

I love traveling so much so whenever I have an upcoming trip, I love planning the itinerary, keeping a travel checklist, and organizing my bookings, but most importantly, I love having a little countdown to see how many days I have left until my next adventure!

If you want to do the same, start by creating a database for your travels. I like using the Gallery view so I can add cover photos of the destinations. Next, you will need to add a property for Travel Dates and a select property for When (Potential, Past and Future Trip). You can also customize your database with other properties if you like. Make sure to select End date when you log your Travel Dates.

Now, add a formula property for the countdown, you can call it Days Left. All you need to do is copy the formula on the last picture and it’s done!
