Brain Dump Notion Task Manager 🧠✅

This is how you can create a Brain Dump style Task Manager in Notion for managing your daily tasks. What’s great about this method is that you can use it to dump all of your thoughts and capture them when you are on the go and then sort through them when you have time.

You will only need one database for this template and we will create different table views for the brain dump and the tasks categories.

In your database, add properties like Do Date, Priority, Category and a Checkbox.

Below the Brain Dump section, add a table view database for each category and turn on filter accordingly. You can also add a title above every section and color code them if you want.

The point behind this method is to dump all of your tasks in the Brain Dump section and then clean the section by selecting a category for each task which will move it to the corresponding section.
