Oregon has so many beautiful places to explore and its coastline is definitely one of them.

The fact that you get to see some breathtaking scenery just by jumping in a car and driving from Portland to the coastline for only 1.5 hours is already a good enough reason to visit.

But it’s not just that…the Oregon Coastline offers diverse landscapes, beautiful beaches, and lighthouses.

It is also filled with cute fishing towns, delicious seafood and some pretty epic viewpoints.

There are a few different ways that the Oregon Coast could be explored. You can take a day road trip and go town and beach hopping or you could have an extended 3 to 5 days road trip and have more time to explore.

The best time to visit is between May and October.
