Self care weekend things🥰

Been in a weird place emotionally lately. Proud for getting myself out of my ‘sadness slump’. Have myself grace to feel my emotions and mourn what I wanted. Getting comfortable with myself, letting go of relationships that no longer serve me, and learning to base my happiness off of my blessings and the people who love me. This week was my first week of the 75 hard challenge— I had some missed checks for the week but I’m proud of myself for not giving up and planning to go harder in this coming week. Going into the week from a place of thankfulness, patience, and gratitude for my life.
