Day 16 of 75 Soft

I didn’t take any pictures today so here is a cute selfie from this past weekend.

Today I weighed in at 237 after my vacation. At first I was immediately defeated but then I remembered that I enjoyed myself and it’s not the end of the world.

Bae and I went grocery shopping tonight and got fruits and veggies.

Now that it’s back to the rat race I want to focus on cleaning up my diet.

This is part of the journey, it’s a rollercoaster of up and downs and I will enjoy each day of it.

So tonight I choose to live me at this size. I love my body that carries me through each day. I love how hard it works at everything I do. I thank God for strengthening me every day in becoming the best version of myself.
