Day 14 of 75 Soft

All I have to say is Epcot owes me nothing!!

I had an amazing day visiting this park for the first time. I’ve gone to the other 3 but this one by far is my favorite!!

After being in the park for 12 hours, trying all types of food and exploring the rides, shows and other attractions, I’m proud to say I got over 20k steps in and burned over 1k calories.

Even though I didn’t officially workout, I got plenty of movement.

All in all I lived in the moment today with my smooch. It felt good to not worry about anything or anyone.

If you haven’t stepped away from reality on a while I highly suggest it. Renew your mind and body by getting away from the rat race.
