Third trimester MUST HAVE’s (affordable) 🤰🏻

I’m currently 32 weeks pregnancy and here are 3 things that I feel like I can’t live without in the third trimester:

1️⃣ Pregnancy wedge pillows

The one I have is a generic one on Amazon and they are all pretty inexpensive!

2️⃣ Prenatal massage

Pro tip: I used Groupon to find a local prenatal massage therapist and got a package deal that came out to $50 per massage!

3️⃣ Pregnancy chiropractor

Pro tip: Check with your insurance to see if it has chiropractic coverage, mine came out to be only $25 per appointment since it was covered by insurance!
