Curated by Chef @gayatriisingh & @jaya.tamalarson expect a lot this round! 🤤 Known for the 🍐Burrata with Saffron Poached Pear($31++), another crowd fav we had was 🍖Hojicha Australian Lamb Shank ($33++, only available during the weekends) that really blew me away since I ain’t a big fan of lamb — it wasn't gamey but was neutralised well with the flavors of hojicha, mango and lime! Other noteworthy dishes includes 🧀Grilled Halloumi with Baby Carrots($28++), 🍆Charred Aubergine and Halloumi with Couscous & harissa yoghurt($29++) and 🥩100% grass-fed Australian Ribeye steak ($45++) 😋
