there's a lesson in everything (even if we don't see it).. and that includes social media.

i used to use social media dangerously..

- i used it as a means of escapism

- to feel validated

- to engulf myself in someone else's life because i truly didn't value my own

and it ultimately contributed to my declining mental health

now i choose to use this platform as a means to connect with others, expand my creativity and show what i love in hopes to encourage you to do the same.
