My WORST date ever 🥲

I always like telling this story to people so they don’t make the same mistake I did when I was 18/19 years old.

Back in 2014, I was a fresh adult and new to california. For a majority of my life, I did not date and only had one relationship by the time I was 18.

I decided to download tinder and started swiping away.  There was one day where I felt like going on multiple dates. These two guys reached out to me to schedule something, one guy wanted to hang out during the day and the other for dinner… sooo I was like why not?

What was there to lose…. LOL

First date was horrible. He asked if I had money for W33d and I was dumb enough to give him $5 LOL. We hung out and shared a small ice cream. He asked me what my plans were at night and I was DUMB enough to tell him I was meeting up with friends at a food truck.

Later that night I met up with my second date and while we were waiting in LINE. THE BOY FROM MY FIRST DATE SHOWED UP. STOOD BEHIND ME. and asked me where all my other friends were.

I FREAKED!

Luckily I was “smart” enough to ask my friends to eat at the food truck that night just incase something happened LOL.

I sent them an SOS text and they all swooped in.

My second date was super sweet, I feel really bad because he didn’t deserve that. He offered to reschedule our date but I told him lets finish it.

Nothing ever came out of us but he and I did stay connected and remained friends. I’ve never told him this story and don’t think I ever will.

Learn this lesson from me!! Don’t plan two dates in one day.. Especially if they live in the same area :’)
