How ADHD can get in the way 🥺👉🏻👈🏻

I do believe that before when I was undiagnosed ADHD it played a big role in how my relationships played out.

I also see how it affects my relationships now, but have better tools to manage my symptoms.

BUT

Honestly, I get emotional a lot of time because I see how it affects my current relationship. My bf is not as social as I am- so I notice when I get the zoomies, it makes him feel overwhelmed.. Or how I love to overshare about my life or my everyday little things that happen.

I think this sadness and frustration plays a big role on both ends, my learning to manage my symptoms but also my partner taking the time to research more about ADHD and how people with ADHD just have a different brain function.

Just because I do all these things don’t mean that I’m trying to run his ear off or force him to know about all the details to my life…

The big thing for me is when I love someone I just want them to be apart of my life and know everything about me
