❤️How I got closer to my BF this week❤️

So my BF and I were hitting a rough patch recently…

We got a new puppy 5 months ago, 

We both have very different communication styles,

Both dealing with our own lives,

KIND of neglecting the fact that we needed to work on our communication.

BUT, this last weekend I had a breakdown. I had soooooooo much rage built inside me and It felt like it had nowhere to go but out.

I was screaming inside, and instead of shutting my mans out I sat him down and actually communicated the rage feelings I have been feeling but withholding from him..

Idk why I never mentioned this to him before, because after communicating it everything felt better. He listened, was so compassionate and loving and UNDERSTANDING towards my struggles.

The next day I felt so close to him and have since.

Sometimes I mistake over sharing with being vulnerable, and when I get big feelings I keep them inside of me instead of sharing…
