75 SOFT ✨ My current read 📚

✨In my first 75 soft post I wrote about the fitness aspect to it, currently that’s doing well! I’m not doing hardcore workouts but am spending time with my pup taking him on daily long walks.

It’s nice to get a different routine, my life has changed so quickly within the last few months that being able to get in these long walks help me mentally deload.

📚For the reading portion I have been reading Brene Brown’s Atlas of the HEART!

AND I LOVE it so far!

🌹For a long time I struggled with shame, especially growing up as an Asian American. I feel like our culture easily shames us for what the elders may believe as “wrong”.

❤️So I’ve dealt with alot of shame my whole life and realized that there are not too many enjoyable books about exploring shame and how to let go of shame. It’s a book I’ve been enjoying and always looking forward to reading!
