🍽️ Restaurant Week: Wooloomooloo Steakhouse

Hello earthlings! Le mari is celebrating his birthday this month and I was really pumped to see that restaurant week is back 🥳 Wooloomooloo Steakhouse was my restaurant of choice since le mari is a huge fan of steaks and this has been on our to-visit list for quite sometime~

🕯️Ambience

Off the bat, I loved the natural sunlight, decor and music at the restaurant! Dimly lit restaurants with warm light usually makes me sleepy so this was perfect. I felt like I was actually able to enjoy myself and celebrate the occasion~😆

🍟 Food

Pleasantly surprised to see that the menu was more extensive than what was shown online. For friends who do not take beef, there are options such as barramundi, pork stew, ribs and chicken!

The food definitely didn’t disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish! The prime ribeye steak has le mari’s stamp of approval and made it into his top 3 steaks of all time. We also felt that the selection and pairing offered complements one another really well and in retrospect, regretted ordering the crab cake from their ala-carte menu.

✨ Final thoughts

In total, our damage was ~$175 including the crab cake and additional cost for premium dishes! Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Singapore also happens to be one of the accepted merchants for Amex dining credits and le mari is already planning his next visit!
