Trader Joe’s bulgogi w Japchae! An easy, one pan meal that takes only 5 minutes 😍
we just did a Trader Joe’s grocery haul for meal prep this week and then came up with this…. this was too incredible not to share 🫶🏼
If you’re in a pinch, save this!!!
Ingredients:
- 2x Trader Joe’s Japchae (they are like noodles made from sweet potato starch sooo good and gluten free!)
- Frozen Bulgogi
- Frozen Spinach (I used one serving)
Microwave the frozen bulgogi for one minute to thaw, then add it to a pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile microwave the two packages of Japchae for 3 min, then add it to the pan w the bulgogi along with 1 serving of frozen spinach. Stir to combine and heat for 2-3 min longer. Then serve and enjoy!
