High Protein Cookie Dough Bites 🍪

When those cookie dough cravings strike, you don’t have to sacrifice your macro goals. Here’s a simple, delicious high-protein cookie dough recipe that hits the spot and keeps you on track.

INGREDIENTS

• 35g oat flour - take regular quick oats and grind in a blender to make flour!

• 1/4 cup (46g) vanilla protein powder - I used @Legion Athletics Protein

• 24g Monk Fruit Sweetener

• 32g light butter, cold

• 1 tsp vanilla

• splash of unsweetened almond milk

• 28g Stevia-Sweetened Lily’s Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a bowl. Using a fork, mix/mash to combine the dough. It will feel dry at first, that is normal, keep combining until all the dry ingredients are incorporated. Use a small amount of almond milk to help - you don’t need much!

2. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips until mixed in evenly.

3. Roll into 6 balls (divide total dough minus bowl into 6 and use equally portioned amounts for each ball) and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
