There was something about this novel that kept pulling me to it. I can't quite put my finger on it. There was definitely a draw to this story. I enjoyed all the different story lines and hearing from the ghosts point of view. I went in completely blind so the story was quite unexpected and the ending truly caught me by surprise.

It was moving and touching and really illustrated how important showing love to friends and family is.

And the setting was perfection! Taking place on an island beach town off the coast of Charleston. I wasn't the biggest fan of the narrator on this one. The (not so great) southern accents had me at times and it just really threw off my view of the characters.
