This DIY hanging whiteboard serves as our homeschool dashboard where we keep track of what we’re learning and carry out some of our lessons.

As you can see this week we are working on a Bible lesson (Who Is God?) Our memory verse is verse 24. We read Acts 17:24-31 every day this week and recite verse 24 (with hand gestures) and the goal is by the end of the week my 5 and 2 year olds can recite the verse by themselves. Also, by the end of this lesson they will have a basic knowledge of God, according to Acts 17. Our next cumulative lesson will be on God the trinity, and then the following is ‘Who is Jesus?’

This setup is the perfect addition to our homeschool because 1. It’s the perfect height for my kids and 2. It gives them a visual idea of what we’re learning and aids them in their learning.
