Favorite fluffy cinnamon rolls recipe🤤🍂⬇️
Dough:
21/2 cups Bread Flour
2 tablespoons milk powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tosp instant yeast
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Roux: (paste for dough)
3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp milk, 14 g bread flour. Mix on low heat until a sticky paste forms
Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp softened butter
1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
Steps:
1. Mix the roux ingredients in a small pan until a sticky paste forms.
2. Mix the dough ingredients with roux (cooled to room temp). Knead with your machine until dough isn't sticking to the sides anymore (will take about 15 mins)
3. Oil your hands and form the dough into a ball, and place it into an oiled bowl and let it proof for 2 hours,
4. Roll out the dough and spread the filling and roll it up into a log.
5. Divide into 8 even pieces, place it into a pan lined with parchment paper and proof for another 50
min.
6. Once doubled in size bake in a 170 C preheated oven for 20-25 min.
