• 3 eggs

Steps:
1. Separate Eggs:Take 3 eggs and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Whisk Egg Whites:In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with 1/2 tsp vinegar and gradually add 80g of sugar until stiff peaks form.
3. Prepare Batter:Add the egg yolks and the zest of a lemon to the whipped egg whites. Gradually fold in 80g of cake flour to form the batter.
4. Mix Wet Ingredients:In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of milk, and 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.
5. Combine Wet and Dry
Mixtures:Add the wet ingredient mixture to the batter, ensuring even incorporation.
6. Bake:Transfer the batter to a pre-greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
