How did you sleep train your baby?

So I am a Stay At Home Mom but I landed a Work From Home Job that I’ll be starting October 7th! I’m really grateful & excited. I only have one concern.

It’s a phone job & I have a newborn. She’ll be one month by then & I have faith that we can make some type of sleep schedule. But How do I start? I heard recommendations on the app called Napper to begin Tracking her sleep & building habits. I’m using it & I’ll review it in 2 weeks ✨ but what else can I do? Let me know!
