I don’t see agoraphobia talked about as much online (unless specifically searching for it) so I want to bring awareness for those experiencing it or know someone who is.

Although that year was the most challenging one I’ve faced so far I am grateful for the path it led me on and all the beautiful souls I’ve met along the way ❤️

I will be sharing openly about my journey, the holistic practices that help bring stillness to the mind and dream work as it relates to fears and anxiety.
