SIMPLE BED MAKING TIPS

Here are some of my quick tips when making your bed:

Let’s start off by making this a “must” when you wake up. I promise it’ll create a feeling of accomplishment first thing in the morning. Plus, it feels amazing to lay down in a made bed at the end of the day!

1. Keeping it neutral - I feel like neutral bedding is the way to go because it allows so much freedom when styling the rest of your room. As I said many times, search local thrift stores for bedding if you are on a budget because girl - bedding can be expensive!!!

2. Style your bed - this can be simple & just by adding a throw blanket and/or throw pillows can make all the difference. For reference, I have a queen bed & i style it with 3 euro pillows (24x24) and 2 (18x18) pillows. Sometimes I like to add a lumbar pillow & other times I don’t. Depends on my mood lol

3. Layering - I am still learning how to properly layer my bed but to keep it very simple, just lay a throw blanket on top. Typically, this is my way of adding texture & a pop of color. Again, you can most definitely find a good throw blanket at the thrift store!
