Sunday Dinner: Baked Ravioli

Talk about easy and rich. This Sunday's dinner was Baked Ravioli. Almost like a lasagna ravioli but much easier and with better clean up.

Baked Ravioli

1 package of frozen ravioli (13 oz. package)

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended OR ricotta

1 cup shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bring a medium stock pot to a boil. Boil the ravioli for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Layer a small casserole dish with tomato sauce, ravioli, blended cottage cheese or ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat one more layer and top with more mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Serve with a side salad. Enjoy 😉
