My New Moon Witchcraft MUSTS

If I do not do these things, it is not a real ritual (in my mind):

•Skim through my craft literature and list out what materials I’ll be needing during my morning routine- this gets me thinking about it being New Moon and my craft all day, making my intentions during the ritual itself stronger

•Tasseomancy- I ONLY do this form of divination during the New Moon, it feels like the only appropriate time. I am still practicing (but the learning truly never ends)

•Cleansing oracle and tarot decks through sorting them by suit- this makes me feel like all the old tabs have been closed and the browser history’s been deleted, so to speak

•Cleansing crystals, oracle, and tarot decks in smoke- this New Moon called for cinnamon

•Burning a bay leaf for personal banishment of negativity and stagnancy both personally and for the home

•Placing decks and crystals in windowsill to charge under the New Moon
